Biden is offering teachers in Pakistan $500,000 of American tax payer money for “Professional Development for Transgender Youth.”

The money will be granted to English teachers teaching language and communication skills to Pakistani transgender students.

A spokesperson for the U.S. State Department told Fox News that “the education project focuses on transgender youth.”

Pakistani teachers will be able to apply for a grant between $25,000-$75,000, paid for by the tax payer.
