Reaching FiRe through DeFi ( 🦇🔊,🔥)

A milestone:

All started with Terra Luna.I put my life savings into what I firmly believed would revolutionize finance.But I was a newbie and naive in crypto. It evaporated in a couple of days while I was in my honey moon in Spain.

Thankfully it didn’t crushed me(despite I could have paid my mortgage with it), but rather provided the courage and experience to build from the ashes. I kept learning during the darkness of the beras in 2022, building without knowing it my onchain presence and DeFi savvy .What started as a revenge, soon converted to obsession.I even cheated to my passion , my main profession( machine learning & data science) to spend more and more time as crypto and DeFi user.

I had some luck during the years though : The 5% that I managed to save from the terra collapse(giving as an airdrop and sell of ust at 0.07) , was converted to usdc/btc/eth and deployed in EVM.That action alone allow me to qualify for the Arbitrum airdrop which was small back then but gave the hope and joy that I needed.

The real luck shot started with Pyth and Jupiter though: I earned more than the arb airdrop just by barely using DeFi apps and without knowing the reward that awaited for me.I then deployed half of those in Jito for less than an month and that allows me to rank in position 9995/10000 to qualify for the huge solana airdrop and golden era. It then gave me leverage to continue deploying assets into more and more projects for a bigger and bigger snowball.

But it wasn’t a quick and clear roadmap, rather a long and messy road. Questions and disbelief feelings comes to your mind: Will you be finally able to make it? Will you fell into another crypto scam/rug/hack? I am still being naive and should focus in “real” businesses? You need a combination of conviction, curiosity and stubbornness to survive in this endeavor.

I became expert in DeFi protocols, qualified for tens of airdrops, ETH L2, Eigenlayer fever, Cosmos era(Dymension,Celestia). Some of the bets played out greatly such as Zksync where I earnt max allocation or even little usage of hyperliquid that despite that, gave me my biggest win so far. I was able to buy BTC , ETH and SOL at cheap prices not because I am a good trader, but because I was consistent.

Many mistakes were made during this almost 4 years crypto cycle for me, the biggest one is not taking action( not selling when I should do it because I super believe in a project such as Kuji). One of the main keys though, was the implementation of a system that I followed regardless the emotions: I sell a portion whenever an asset reaches my take profits levels.

This year, I finally off ramped a big chunk of my profits to buy my dream house.Even though crypto is now along with Data Science my passion and Identity, and I genuinely believe blockchain, BTC& ETH are revolutionary, sometimes you need remarkable milestones , in this case to derisk and diversify the wealth but most importantly to remember why you are doing what you are doing.

El 46% de primaria o menos apoya a Laura, es decir , un 15% más que la población general.Por otro lado, el 30% de los universitarios la apoya, es decir un 33% menos que la población general. Es obvio que va a liderar por volumen general, pero la correlación es clara ( además de básica ) : A mayor educación menor es el apoyo.

Es totalmente basado en analfabetismo estadístico o intención : De hecho , si observa los % pasa de 46% en primaria o menos(casi la mitad ) a 30% en universitaria(33% menos que su promedio general).Obviamente lidera en todas porque tiene mucha diferencia con el resto.Ahora bien, lo que plantea Alonso si es correcto (y preocupante), el hecho de que el resto no son potables en los estratos con poca educación, ese tema es aún más importante.

@ransalmo @jchidalgo Yo compré Laura ( diputados) cuando empezó el mercado cómo en 40% y vendí cuando llego a 90%.
También que liberación quedaba segundo (diputados) cuando iba a 40% y vendí a 75%.
