A new paper in @PNASNews describes the EMBER imaging method developed by the @DeGradoLab and the Condello Lab at @INDUCSF. EMBER is used to identify amyloid strains in human brains with different neurodegenerative diseases. https://t.co/Dkb8AecJG5
Thrilled to announce that I will be joining the faculty @uncchemistry as an assistant professor in January 2023! My lab will use protein design to tackle questions of channel/transporter structure and function and probe key protein-protein interactions in immunology.
Interested in developing protein design tools to understand protein-ligand recognition? Recent DGL member @nickpolizzi_ is starting his lab at @DanaFarber@harvardmed to crack this "binding code".
Prospective students and PDs are encouraged to reach out: https://t.co/0vqti4R3Zs
