With all this being said, I wonder how the French people of the future will think of the Revolution and Napoleon when they look back on our time. Will we revolutionaries still be thought of as the heroes I know we are? Will Napoleon’s rule still be celebrated? #frOSU18

However, I will say that I do admire him for his granting the right to vote to all men, a marker of equality that we were not able to achieve during the heyday of the Revolution. Perhaps a broken clock is indeed correct twice a day #frOSU18
