@1bluetangerine @YoniFreedhoff OPH runs Neighborhood Health and Wellness Hubs all over the city, and they offer vaccines via drop in appointments. Worth checking out to see if there is one near you!

@NoJayD30 No problem! They are officially called Neighborhood Health and Wellness Hubs if you're looking for them. I don't think they are doing flu shots though, that seems to be just pharmacies and some family doctor offices this year.

@NoJayD30 @nilikm I know you didn't ask me but the OPH community hubs are all over the city and offer the pediatric covid vaccine and the bivalent booster, via walk-in. The hours and locations are on the OPH website.

@OttawaHealth Just wondering why you are not running flu shot clinics this year, especially because there is existing infrastructure in place with the covid vaccine clinics? Parents don't want to bring little kids to pharmacies and many doctors offices are not offering flu shots this year.

@OttawaHealth Will you be running flu shot clinics this year? Our family health team (a large clinic downtown) is not offering flu shots, even for the under 5-crowd that is more vulnerable. Pharmacies also don't generally do little kids, so we are stuck.

@AltaVistaWard18 Alta Vista ward seems to be entirely missing from Hydro Ottawa's updates via Twitter. Most of Riverview Park has no power, there are still downed trees blocking roadways and leaning on hydro lines. Why is there radio silence on this area? It's incredibly frustrating.

@AltaVistaWard18 Have you heard news about power restoration in Riverview Park? Much of the neighborhood is still out but Hydro Ottawa has made no mention of it in their communications. As of yesterday a downed tree was still blocking Chomley, where there are a lot of power lines.
