@mert Social media is the amplifier
Objectively, things are good-ish
But consumer sentiment is the lowest it’s ever been on record, ever
-Lower then 2008 financial crisis
-Lower than 70s inflation
Social media 10x amplifies the bad
And everyone starts believing it
I think people quit WFH too
They’ve been WFH for 5 years now
But they realize…
We’ve been burnt out and isolated for years
I’m calling it here
Offline life is coming back!
Feels like a lot of people quietly quit Instagram
The algo got way too aggressive
The ones still using it have 5x page views
But the smart ones just quit. Or limit their time
It’s pretty toxic on there
You get Joe Shmo making videos about your exact “interest” at the time
It seems relevant
It makes you feel good (or bad)
But it’s all fake
I actually think the algy was updated on Friday
It was insufferable to login before
According to the internet, everyone is a narcissist
We’ll see what happens from here
Good move on Meta. But they only did this because their engagement is down
How are you running that, custom software?
I like Dust for its collaboration features. You can co-build agents but also grant access to specific agents. So it's helpful when team members need access but you want to limit their scope/access.
Most importantly, the output is really good
Anyone in eComm still use OpenClaw?
It kept crashing on me. I could probably figure it out (i programmed bots for StarCraft at 13 years old). But doesn't seem worth the hassle
I find AI workspaces with custom agents much better. DUST is great.
But my chats are special tho 😏 This doesn’t apply to me AT ALL.
My chats aren’t like those basic normie chats. And when I ask it to be objective? It totally is, 100% unbiased.
Plus it always says I’m right anyway! We’re built different fr fr, the AI gets me, you normies wouldn’t understand.
@MartinShkreli You can see the comments work like this:
Step 1. Be antisemitic
Step 2. Desperately search for data to support #1
Step 3. Feel good to avoid own failures
Step 3 is core problem
