At every stage I was respectfully offered assistance (I, not my 'carer'), and my autonomy respected whether I said yes or no.

@IndieThinking Just finished this - an absolute pleasure to read. You never quite knew what was coming, but there was always a sense that SOMETHING was... Teddy (the character, and the novel) is well worth the time!
