@HisenseGlobal washer dryer door seal has split and still well within the 2 year manufacturer warranty. However, they've decided - with no inspection - that I have misused the appliance and refuse to repair. Same lackluster service from @ao where we bought the appliance. Avoid!
@hillarysblinds I've tried to be fair with your customer services team. Their response to a 3-month delay to installation of blinds (with incorrect colour!) has been rude and inconsiderate - and to add insult to injury they are threatening me with debt collection. Please help.
