@Samaalochak @DefenceMinIndia @nsitharaman @DefenceMinIndia @nsitharaman It is cruel on the part of EinC being head of MES also, trying to reduce GpA Cadre of IDSE rather than reducing Core of Engineers(Army personnel) which is 4.8 times the expenditure of equivalent Civilians.

The Shekatakar committee constituted to offer recommendations to reduce flab in Army by removing Army officers from Civilian organizations like MES and to deploy them in combat roles and leave MES to IDSE(GpA thro UPSC)(almost half the pay component of Army )But reverse happened
