Yet the response of governments was minimal until the infected started rising exponentially, indicating that governments globally were not prepared for a pandemic regardless of multiple warnings from the @WHO and @CDCgov to prepare years ago. #etownpops

Like other facets of our society, we work off an emergency response for things to do be done. We wait for things to happen before we decide to act. Because of this we are always caught off guard and people suffer. We need to move towards a preventative outlook. #Etownpops

The physician shortage is so dire that we are already calling upon dentists to treat coronavirus patients and it may not be too long until we ask veterinarians to do their part and intubate patients in the ICU. This is the American healthcare system folks. Take a good look at it.

It's awesome to see @EtownCollege reducing potential food waste by donating food from the marketplace to those in need! Colleges are a huge contributor to food waste globally so this is a great step forward. I hope we do this more! #etownpops

E-town Dining Services donated over 500 lbs of fresh produce and dairy items to the @WaterStMission in Lancaster last weekend. The donations will be used to feed 1,400+ community members per day. In these challenging times, we remember our motto: #educateforservice.
