@greateranglia I was on the 0930 train from London Liverpool Street to Norwich which was meant to have first class but didn't so I would need a refund for this but the train was also delayed more than 15 minutes so can I claim both the first class refund and the delay repay?

@premierinn last night I tried to book a room at Buckingham premier in and went through all the stages including paying but then the screen said there was a problem and it couldn't confirm the booking and I would receive an email within 30mins but I never received this.
