@Ra_Bies But what he is saying is right! Packages less than 25 kgs come under Legal Metrology Act and GST is applicable on such products, while those above 25 kgs do not come in legal meteology act and hence exempted from GST.

@KirtanShahCFP The first point is incorrect, whatever tax is paid by the MF becomes a part of the TER ultimately. Hence, there is double taxation, one when sold by MF and second when MF units sold by investor.

@cbic_india wants our bank accounts to be validated on the portal else you can’t file gst returns, but @Infosys_GSTN makes sure that the non-core amendment tab doesn’t work when everyone wants it to work the most @GST_Council @FinMinIndia @taxguru_in @moneycontrolcom
