#SugamParikshaForAll – Accessible Exams for Every Child
What is it?
Sugam Pariksha for All is a national campaign to make examinations accessible, fair, and inclusive for all Persons with Disabilities (PWD), especially Children With Special Needs (CWSN), in school boards and competitive exams.
---
Who Started It?
It is initiated by Deepmala Pandey, social reformer, writer, and founder of Hopeline Social Welfare Foundation & One Teacher One Call Campaign—recognized by Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in Mann Ki Baat (26 Sept 2021). She has dedicated her life to the education and rehabilitation of thousands of Divyang children.
---
Why It’s Needed
Every year, lakhs of PWD students struggle in exams due to:
No disability-specific guidelines for Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Hearing/Visual Impairment, etc.
Lack of accessible exam centers near homes
No trained scribes or readers
Inflexible timings & formats
No modified question papers for special needs
These issues cause stress, underperformance, and even dropouts.
---
Our Demands to Government, NCERT & CBSE
1. Clear, disability-specific examination guidelines.
2. Home/nearest examination centres for severely disabled students.
3. Qualified scribes & readers trained in inclusive communication.
4. Modified question papers – simpler language, large print, audio/electronic versions.
5. Training for teachers & invigilators to support PWD students effectively.
---
Our Vision
An India where exams test ability, not disability—giving every child a fair chance to succeed.

📌 An accessible exam today means an empowered India tomorrow.
Exams should test knowledge, not struggle.
Thousands of #Divyang students still face unfair barriers in board & competitive exams—lack of disability-specific guidelines, trained scribes & accessible centres.
It’s time for #SugamParikshaForAll
