Underpaid banker.

What value does an agreed Industrial Understanding hold if its implementation can remain indefinitely pending ??
Will this structure of recognition not divide the workforce??
We don’t want favours. We want fair, transparent & equitable PLI for all.

PSBs are the backbone of India’s economy. Yet, frontline strength is shrinking while workloads keep rising. Digitalisation cannot replace adequate manpower, fairness or work-life balance.

Protect PSBs. Respect Bankers. Ensure Fairness. Deliver 5-Day Banking.

A scheme that divides officers between performers and non-performers can only mean unrest among a harmonious banking family.
We demand fair, transperant, equal and non-discriminatory "Performance Linked Incentive" scheme agreed in Joint note #5DayWeekandFairPLI #AIBOC @PMOIndia

365 days vs 15 days.

These are not merely numbers on a policy document. They represent a very real difference in how employees may be valued and rewarded.

If banking is a team effort, then the incentive system must strengthen that team—not create a divide within it.

We believe senior officers deserve recognition for performance. But the contribution of every employee—from the person managing the counter to the person ensuring the branch functions smoothly—must also be recognised fairly.

That is why we stand for:

✔ Equitable PLI
✔ 5-Day Banking
✔ Dignity for every employee
✔ A stronger and more motivated banking workforce

A bank is not built by designations. It is built by people.

If every employee contributes to the bank’s success, every employee deserves fair recognition.

A system that can create a 15-day vs 365-day PLI divide deserves a serious review.

And a banking sector working towards a modern economy deserves 5-Day Banking.

@FinMinIndia @DFS_India

Fairness is not a demand. It is a principle.
