If you have shut down Elphinstone bridge,then its common sense to deploy 10-15 traffic policemn atleast during peak travel hours.We were for 2 hours on Bhavani Shankar Road with not a singke traffic police on duty. @MTPHereToHelp Pls get strict with Dadar traffic police urgently
