@TripleNetInvest Food and service has gone downhill and prices have gone up. They’re paying above market rents for new non drive thru stores across New England. Wouldn’t be surprised if their occupancy costs become a problem in the near future.
@3NDeveloper Agree…I have an “adventure park” tenant that’s doing deals in the 40-60k SF range that requires 18’ clear. Lots of competition out there for space from similar uses surprisingly.
@KeithMcCullough on the portfolio construction side, as you start to build a position in bonds, can you help me understand allocation % to this asset class as a part of your overall portfolio? I know it's up to 10% per position in your model, but do you build to 20%, 30%, more?
