FYI, I live in El Cangrejo - now supposedly a trendy and desirable neighbourhood in the city. I have lived here for 22 years, but the development has been out of control for years. In recent months, IDAAN (the water company) has cut off our water supply every fucking day for about 8 hours, but pretends it's not happening. Most of the zombies who live around here either don't realise because the water comes back on before their reserve tanks are empty, or are just too apathetic to even complain about it. IDAAN doesn't give a shit but still wants us to pay our bills as if we get water, even though their system clearly cannot now deal with all the 40-fucking story apartment blocks squeezed into tiny lots here. That's also Panama, so beware.
