This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time.
I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.
To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for. Thank you 🙏

Regardless of what your politics we all know we're in a severe health crisis that's not getting any better.
I applaud anyone on the left or the right who has the courage to take action rather than stand on the sidelines.
RFK Jr. tells Shawn Ryan his plan to end Big Pharma’s capture of the NIH
“We’re gonna give drug development a break … and we’re gonna figure out why our kids are the sickest kids in the world”
“We’re gonna generate enough science on each of these exposures that lawyers can go to court and say:
‘High fructose corn syrup, you’re causing the diabetes epidemic, now you’re gonna start paying for it.’
And they will take that stuff off the shelf quicker than you can blink.”
“NIH has a $42 billion budget … that it gives out in grants every year to 56,000 scientists at universities … to study certain things.
But they will not let them study the things that are important:
What’s causing the autism epidemic, what’s causing the diabetes epidemic, what’s causing rheumatoid arthritis, what’s causing peanut allergies?
Why do we suddenly have all these things that we didn’t have before?
They will not let anybody study those things.
In 1980, we passed a law called the Bayh-Dole Act, and that law said that NIH scientists who work on new drugs get to keep royalties for them, and NIH gets to keep royalties.
The Moderna vaccine is a good example. NIH owns half of the Moderna vaccine.
It’s collecting billions of dollars in royalties, and there’s six guys who work for NIH, the top deputies, who get $150,000 a year because they worked on the Moderna vaccine.
These are the guys who are supposed to be telling us what the problem is with that product, but they’re paying for their alimonies, their mortgages, their boats, their kids’ education from sales of those products.
It’s crazy, it’s the most perverse incentive. I’m gonna end that.”
From The Shawn Ryan Show
RFK Jr. at Texas rally: “Good food does not come from chemical agriculture, and good health does not come in a syringe”
“When my uncle was President, 6% of American kids had chronic disease”
“Today, 60% do. It’s the biggest issue. It’s $4.3 trillion, five times our defense budget”
“The more we spend on medicine, the unhealthier we get”
“What is causing us not to see that? What is it that’s constantly causing us to feed this beast that is making us more and more sick all the time?”
“It’s a corrupt political system. It’s the subversion of our democracy. Don’t you want a healthy country?”

I can’t remember being this moved by a performance. The peerless Tracy Chapman performs Fast Car with Luke Combs for the first time in years at the Grammys. This is very special. #TracyChapman#GRAMMYs

30 years ago my brother @RyanEstis gifted me with a document called The 30 Steps that set the tone for my early sales career. The 30 Streps along with our combined thoughts on leadership are captured in a book we co-authored called Prepare For Impact. I hope you check it out.
What’s the secret to leadership? What is real power? For those with aptitude, is success simply a matter of opportunity?
My conversation with former IBM CEO @GinniRometty, author of “Good Power”:
According to the CDC, the cost of obesity in the United States is nearly $173 billion per year.
And when we look at the food, it starts to make sense.
Here are 11 American ingredients so toxic...they're banned in other countries:
The totality of my life experiences are the heart of my book #GoodPower; in writing it, I realized that my history informed my understanding of power. Here's a sneak peek of the introduction: https://t.co/PGW5ky3xr8
Reminds me of a key finding of the Harvard Study of Adult Development:
Relationship satisfaction at age 50 was predictive of health at age 80.
Strong, quality relationships are essential to a happy, healthy life.
They aren’t built overnight—they take time and energy to forge.
The CDC works for Pharma, not for you. The FDA works for Pharma, not for you. If you want to be healthy, ignore their advice. They only make money from unhealthy people. They make zero financial gain from getting you healthy.
To build belief is to win voluntary, enthusiastic buy-in. We want people to follow us because they choose to, I think of it as #GoodPower's heart. Long-lasting, productive shifts in behavior & perspective comes from within. Building belief takes time and energy but it’s worth it.
