A Bakers Inn employee was robbed USD$582.00 at gunpoint recently at Mkoba 6 Shopping Centre in Gweru.

@ny_emman The government plays its part in SA , it’s a different story in Zimbabwe. It’s not wise to do real estate investment in Gweru or Bulawayo when all the money is in Harare . The government has not created investment friendly economies in other parts of the country.
Today, we are in Gweru, Midlands province. We are having a sports tournament in Mkoba South Constituency. Sports tournaments serve as a way to mobilise the youth in particular. It is also an avenue for us to detach them from the drug and substance abuse that has taken over amongst the young generation. We use sports tournaments as avenues to conduct civic education also.

1/2 On 03/07/24, police in Gweru arrested Brain Kuruwa (36), Talkmore Muzondiwa (30) and Shylet Magigani (32) for cultivation of dagga in Kuruwa Village, Gokwe. The arrest of the suspects led to the recovery of 67 plants of dagga and 170 kg loose dagga.
