They hosted a big movie watch party, and we all groaned (esp since we were starved for entertainment). Then this cartoon came out. Hilarious!

@BMcGrewvy I re-read the Odyssey earlier this summer and all I have to say about that is I hope the Olive tree/bed post is a big part of the story when it comes to Odysseus and Penelope. Yes, it is a hero’s journey - but for an ancient pre-Christ text… There are glimpses of the Gospel. 2/2

@BMcGrewvy We saw Yw over July4th wknd. We actually enjoyed it and especially learning more details about the failures of Washington in his early years. The hand of Providence is shown in his life - that - from what I’ve read has been left out of modern history textbooks. 1/2

@ClayTravis Go see Solo Mio with Kevin James!! It’s fantastic - romcom! My husband and I literally laughed out loud - and even took our 27 year old daughter and 22 year old son who is in college. They EVEN - loved it too! You could take your whole family! Filmed in Italy!

@leahcim77 @TolkienWorldG Same here - my husband and I saw them in 2001 and ff - but last weekend I saw all three movies with my daughter - who was only 3 when “The Fellowship” released.
What was really fun - is we saw some of the same folks at the theatre for all three movies! And theatre was packed!
