It was inspiring to see @DembyAustin lead by example as he received the 1st jab of the new Mpox vaccine. Officially launched today, the 61,300 doses received by S/Leone can now be rolled out to frontline health workers & people in high-risk communities from age 12 & above.

Outdoor activities are largely safe. Schools can stay open with precautions. Delivery, curbside pickup, and safer shopping are possible. Let's work smarter against Covid. Closures need to be nuanced, well-timed, and adjusted based on experience. But the sooner, the safer.
