خیبر پختونخواہ کی منتخب قیادت کے خلاف ہونے والے حملوں میں “ریاست” کھلم کھلا گڈ طالبان اور کرمنلز کو استعمال کررہی ہے۔ ہر علاقے میں ایسی ٹیمیں تشکیل دی گئی ہیں جن میں متعلقہ علاقے کے سنگین ترین جرائم میں ملوث افراد، چند گڈ طالبان، آئی ایس آئی اور ایم آئی شامل ہے۔ زرا سوچیے کس حد تک طاقت کی ہوس میں اندھے ہیں یہ کہ خطرناک ترین جرائم میں ملوث عادی مجرموں کو یقین دلایا گیا ہے کہ اس آپریشن کی کامیابی کی صورت میں آپ پر ابھی تک کے سارے چارجز ختم کر دیے جائیں گے۔ گڈ طالبان تو تھے ہی ان کے اپنے، اب جرائم پیشہ افراد کو بھی، ایف سی اور کے پی پولیس کی وردیاں مہیا کی گئی ہیں۔ صوبائ وزیر فضل شکور کے اغوا میں بھی اس ٹیم کے لوگ شامل تھے۔ اگر شکیل خان بروقت ریکٹ نہ کرتا تو شاید آگے یہ ٹیم ان کے بھی انتظار میں ہوتی۔ میرے حوالے سے تو پاکستان اور پڑوس میں ایسی ٹیموں کی کاروائیاں کوئی نئی بات نہیں لیکن پورے پختونخواہ میں بلوچستان طرز پر باقاعدہ سنگین جرائم پیشہ افراد، گڈ طالبان اور تمام جاسوسی ادارے مشترکہ ٹیمیں تشکیل دے کر خیبر پختونخواہ حکومت کے منتخب نمائندگان اور تحریک انصاف کے عہدیداران کو اغوا اور ان کی املاک پر حملے کر رہے ہیں۔
میں اپنے نمائندگان سے کہتا ہوں ان کی مزید پردہ پوشی کریں گے تو یہ کل کو کسی بھی اغواشدہ لاپتہ فرد کو “فتنتہ الہندوستان” اور “فتنتہ الخوارج” کی کاروائ قرار دے کر خود کو بری الذمہ قرار دے دیں گے۔ یا تو شکیل خان کی طرح اپنا دفاع کریں یا لاپتہ افراد مسخ شدہ لاشوں اور کراس فائرنگ میں موت کا نشانہ بننے والوں میں شامل ہوں۔ اس بات کا فیصلہ کرنا ہوگا۔
میں اپنے اقرباء کو بھی واضح الفاظ میں بتا رہا ہوں فی الفور کل رات کے واقعات کی ایف آئ آر آئ ایس آئی اور ایم آئی پر درج کر آئیں۔ قانون آپ کو یہ اجازت دیتا ہے کہ بغیر وارنٹ کے یہ سادہ کپڑوں میں ملبوس دہشت گرد تو کیا اگر کوئی باوردی شخص بھی آپ کی چاردیواری کی پامالی کرتا ہے تو آپ کو اپنے گھر بار اور اپنے عیال کی حفاظت کے لیے ان سے اسی انداز میں نپٹنے کا حق حاصل ہے، جس کے یہ دہشت گرد اور دہشت گردوں کے سہولتکار مستحق ہیں۔ میری سیاست میرا نظریہ میری ذمہ داری ہے۔ میری سیاست کی خاطر اپنی غیرت اور حمیت پر کوئ بھی سمجھوتہ کرنے سے میں آپ کو آزاد کرتا ہوں۔

Let me explain what just happened.

Anthropic built a biology lab where Claude works alongside real scientists.

They told Claude to search a massive DNA database for interesting reverse transcriptases (enzymes that copy RNA into DNA). Then they let it run: ~950 Claude agents worked in parallel for 21 hours across 200,000+ enzymes.

One agent spotted a repeating DNA pattern next to an enzyme, the same kind of signature that originally led humans to discover CRISPR (the gene-editing tool that lets scientists precisely cut and edit DNA, now used in real medical treatments). It cross-checked the pattern against known systems, searched the literature, confirmed nobody had found it before, then wrote up a full scientific report like a human researcher would.

Anthropic scientists verified it in the lab. They named it ART. Its exact function is still unknown, but early signs suggest it may be programmable, similar to how CRISPR can be aimed at specific DNA.

Why it matters: finding tools like CRISPR used to take human experts months of manual searching. Here, AI did that work and found something real, at a speed no human team could match.

So don't misunderstand it as Claude curing cancer. Claude spotted something new in nature that humans missed.

My mother, Aleema Khan @Aleema_KhanPK and my aunts, Dr Uzma Khan @DrUzma_KhanPK and Noreen Niazi @Noreen_KhanPK , remain behind bars.

Their only crime is refusing to abandon their brother, Imran Khan @ImranKhanPTI throughout his imprisonment — a detention the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention found to be arbitrary and in violation of international law, and called for his immediate release.

For three years, they have stood outside prisons and courtrooms, enduring everything from scorching heat exceeding 45°C to near-freezing conditions, demanding justice and the rule of law.

They have endured tear gas, chemical-laced water cannons, repeated arrests and relentless intimidation. Yet no amount of pressure could silence them or force them to step aside. They stood their ground. They refused to abandon their brother.

Since their latest imprisonment, they have been denied access to their family and legal counsel. They spent three years demanding justice for their brother. Now, like him, they find themselves denied the very rights they are fighting for.

Standing by their brother is not a crime.

Raising their voice for him is not a crime.

Demanding justice and the rule of law is not a crime.

Their detention must end.

The targeting of his family and PTI party activists is a flagrant violation of their rights to liberty, freedom of expression, association and peaceful assembly. Such actions speak to the severity of the current restrictions in Pakistan.

Amnesty International calls on the Pakistani authorities to immediately release Imran Khan’s relatives and PTI workers, who have been targeted simply for their familial ties, political affiliation and plans to protest.

There is little choice left for the people of Pakistan.

Either remain silent while their chosen leader is imprisoned. Whilst his family is detained, his party is suppressed and justice is denied - or come out peacefully and exercise their fundamental right to protest.

You can arrest families and threaten people with violence. But you cannot imprison 250 million Pakistanis or crush the will of a generation.

No regime is more powerful than its people. The world must watch as the people of Pakistan come together to demonstrate their plea for justice, even in the face of threats of violence.

Inshallah, Pakistan’s future will be decided by its people, not by criminals who rule through fear.
