The far side of the Moon has never been seen by human eyes from this distance in 53 years. The images they capture will show terrain that no crewed spacecraft has photographed since December 1972. In about 24 hours four people will be on the other side of the Moon with nobody to call. I find that genuinely impossible to fully imagine.
