The prosecutions need to begin.

There was a dangerous and deadly medical product on the market, but AHPRA unlawfully silenced doctors from warning the Australia public on the dangers.

This is no different from a council employee unlawfully preventing surf lifesavers from putting out warning signs "Danger Rip" or "Danger Sharks" - and someone goes from a swim and dies.

As a direct result of AHPRA’s conduct, Australians were prevented from being able to giving "informed constent" to undergo a dangerous and risky medical intervention, which had little efficacy.

BUT FOR AHPRA’s conduct, doctors would have been warning their patients of the risks of injecting the experimental genetic agent.

And but for AHPRA’s conduct many Australians that are now dead or disabled from the vaccines, would have (on their doctors advice) never submitted to being injected.

AHPRA not only have blood on their hands, they have committed criminal offences and must be prosecuted.

A doctor who labelled Covid vaccines 'the crime of the century' has forced medical authorities to hand back his licence after a two-year suspension.

Queensland's Supreme Court sided with Dr William Bay last Friday, who self-represented against a top legal team employed by the Queensland Medical Board and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

In his ruling, Justice Thomas Bradley described the conduct of the two medical regulators as 'profoundly unsatisfactory' and their accusations against Dr Bay as 'entirely unfounded'.

Dr Bay has been unable to practise after his licence was suspended in August 2022.

On his X account, Dr Bay said that having won his case, where he was awarded costs and had all ongoing investigations dismissed, he would keep speaking out.

'We will not forget the vaccine-injured and the crime of the century is now exposed,' he tweeted.

In estimates I asked Matt Kean why he thinks there isn't a conflict of interest in being paid by both the taxpayers and renewable rent seekers Wollemi.

He justifies his conflict by saying he disclosed it.

That's like saying I'm going to rob a bank but if I disclose it first I can go ahead and rob the bank.

What's even more amazing is how the media say nothing when it's their mates engaging in this sort of behaviour.

Kean and Chris Bowen should be referred to the NACC for this sort of behaviour.

Then I ask him if he's spoken with Lobbyists. At first he says no but then goes on to say he's spoken with government relations people of stakeholders. These people are glorified lobbyists who are employed full time by big corporations to constantly lobby the government for handouts.

And finally I asked if he spoke with Michael Photios, one of the biggest lobbyists in Australia who once told me at the North Sydney Leagues club he could make me a politician if I wanted to become one due to his influence in the Liberal Party.

Photios and Keen are both from the left faction in NSW, the faction that controls the Liberal Party and is responsible for it going woke.

It's a sad reflection on the two major parties that they cannot engage in ethical behaviour when it comes to spending taxpayer dollars.

And here is what The NZ Ardern Govt did to Baby Will instead of allowing his parents to organise their donors to give the unjabbed blood > It is still deeply upsetting to watch, to this day, even though it's now two years on.

The State kidnapped the baby with no prior warning to the traumatised parents. Baby Will suffered greatly afterwards from the trauma of this.

I witnessed the trauma to his brave mum. His father was a stoic but the whole family was put through hell simply so the government could lie that they "knew "the jabbed blood was safe. They did not know. And the blood was not safe.

In the last two years, it has become increasingly clear that these brave parents were right to question the safety of the jabbed blood. It is no longer regarded as irrefutably safe.

I believe this family should be compensated by the Starship Hospital and by the government of NZ for the absolute hell they were put through, in simply sticking up for the right to protect their baby from untested blood products coming from the blood of those who took this mRNA gene technology.

They did this for Baby Will and they did it for the protection of all other new babies who need operations in the early months and years of their lives and whose undeveloped systems need as little exposure to risk as is medically possible.

I salute brave Sam and Cole, and their boy Will. Their story must not be forgotten and the Bloodbank blood must be held up to the highest standards of testing to see if the jabbed blood it has, poses risks to all New Zealanders who need transfusions.

We fought for Baby Will to have unjabbed blood from the donors that his parents had lined up.

Starship Children's Hospital in Auckland, NZ, refused to allow them this choice.

They took these deeply caring, loving, responsible parents to court to "prove" legally that they must accept the blood of jabbed people in his serious heart operation.

The court decision went in the favour of state guardianship so that this operation could be forced WITHOUT the use of the unjabbed donor blood for Baby Will .

The State insisted that they must "win" and that the blood of jabbed people was not at all changed - when they had no evidence for this from any studies.

The State kidnapped Baby Will from the parents.

He had never been separated from his mother prior to the police uplift.

The day before the kidnapping, two compassionate Paediatric Specialists in America whom I tracked down, had studied Will's medical records and spent hours examining him over the internet with the parents there, and had told us that his operation could wait for a month while we all raised funds to get him operated in America - where the unjabbed blood could be offered. They said his heart condition was at the less serious end of the scale at that point, and could wait for another 4-6 weeks. His parents' love and attention to him was helping maintain his health.

Those American doctors told us that the main thing was for the mother and baby to be totally relaxed and calm and happy before such a big operation on his heart.

Instead, after the kidnapping by the State, Will's face was swollen with the amount of crying he did. His mother was beside herself with stress. When she was finally "allowed " to see her baby boy, she had to sign 20 brutal "conditions" before they would let her near him.

His mother was allowed only to sit in the room opposite his bassinet and was not allowed to hold him or comfort him all the night before the operation. She was not allowed in the operating theatre to hold him the next morning. If she closed her eyes for even 5 seconds she would be taken up to the hospital ward. The conditions had a level of sadism to them that was simply unspeakable at the time. We needed to stay silent so that the government had no further "excuse" to take Baby Will off his loving, dedicated, brave parents.

This was all sanctioned at the highest levels of the ghastly Jacinda Ardern government .

Shortly after this terrible trial and kidnapping and operation ( which left Will very very anxious and scared of males especially ) , Ardern resigned.

The WEF monsters who had 'placed' her in power in NZ, knew that the country was starting to see what a monster prime minister we had. They didn't want her "manufactured world image" for being " kind", to be tarnished - they had plans to place her out in world positions (such as her Queen of Censorship position at Harvard.)

The Baby Will Story is one of corruption, lies, coercion, kidnapping, and cruelty- and all of it was unnecessary.

For telling the story, I had much derision and ( yet again) nastiness from the mainstream media. The parents of Baby Will went to hell and back- but none of us will ever forget the horror that the Ardern government put us through , or the vicious cruelty of that kidnapping, and the separation of Mother and Baby. Will was barely off his mother in the 12 months after the operation. He would fret terribly if she was not with him. The trauma from this went deep into that tiny, vulnerable baby's psyche.

And remember this: the parents were simply wanting to err on the side of caution about the blood supply. That is what every good and responsible parent is required to do. Practise caution with new and unknown factors, to ensure their child's utmost safety, especially when it comes to a heart operation of serious magnitude.

There is much still to be told on this story...

(My belief is that the government arranged quietly for Baby Will to receive unjabbed blood, while pretending publicly that he received the official Bloodbank blood.

They knew they could not afford to risk the mainstream blood and have him develop clots and potentially die, with all the world attention on his case.

But they would not do this the honourable way, by allowing the parents' wishes to be honoured. They had to pretend to all Kiwis that they were NOT worried about the blood when in fact, with the risks for Baby Will, they were deeply worried. It was so cynical by Ardern and her government. So dishonest. But she was that in ALL that she did. Mendacious. Devious. Heartless...unless if was for show.)

During Covid many fanatics & cultists argued that because the Covid jabs were called "vaccines" - then they must be "safe & effective", because all vaccines are good.

The little reported fact that Moderna have abandoned their RSV mRNA vaccine for children, because children vaccinated in the trial were twice as likely to get severe illness than the unvaccinated children - demonstrates the danger and risks of rushing a vaccine to market in a "emergency" only to find out later that the vaccines have caused significant harm.

In September 2024, Moderna announced that the clinical trial of its mRNA vaccine for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in children aged 5–24 months was abruptly halted.

The clinical trial, conducted in the UK and other countries, ended after alarming data suggested that the vaccine might not just fail to prevent severe RSV disease, but could potentially worsen it.

Until now, the data were kept secret.

This week, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) disclosed that vaccinated children in the trial experienced higher rates of severe RSV compared to those in the placebo group.

The data was striking: 12.5% of vaccinated children developed severe or very severe RSV disease, compared to just 5% in the placebo group.

Moreover, among those who developed symptomatic RSV, 26.3% of vaccinated participants progressed to severe illness, sharply contrasting with the 8.3% in the placebo group.

THE CASE FOR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION OF AHPRA

1. The Queensland Supreme court was ruled that the AHPRA Board had grossly exceeded their legal authority.

2. The Court also ruled that AHPRA had made "serious errors" and engaged in conduct described as "less than profoundly unsatisfactory"

3. In addition the judge stated that AHPRA was "animus" (a prejudiced and often spiteful or malevolent ill will) towards Dr Bay.

4. The AHPRA Board have abused their authority and engaging in bullying and intimidation of the entire Australian medical profession, using threats in a reckless and malfeasant manner.

5. Their conduct had the direct effect of silencing doctors from warning their patients about the significant known risks associated with of the Covid vaccines, and that their were also potential serious unknown medium & long term risks, especially considering no carcinogenic testing had been undertaken on the experimental shots.

6. Their conduct has violated the sanctity of the Doctor/patient relationship, preventing doctors from having discussions with their patients and thereby denying the Australian public from having the ability of giving free & informed consent to being injected with an experimental substance.

7. This conduct by the AHPRA Board resulted in death and catastrophic life changing injuries to many Australians, that BUT FOR THE CONDUCT OF AHPRA would have never injected the unsafe and ineffective Covid vaccines upon the advice of their doctors.

8. APHRA’s conduct was unlawful, reckless, negligent and dangerous - and it resulted in death.

9. Therefore the entire AHPRA Board should not just resign, they should be facing criminal charges for reckless and gross negligent manslaughter.

I believe it's timely to reshare the prophetic word I brought outside the Brisbane office of the Australian medical regulator, AHPRA, in August last year. I was there in support of the tireless resistance and efforts of the then-suspended Dr. William Bay. In fact this protest was held in the very place that William was arrested and jailed just a few months earlier.

@DrBillyBay was vindicated yesterday in the Supreme Court of Queensland with his suspension overturned RETROSPECTIVELY and all investigations and QCAT actions against William to be set aside.
