Nobody in corporate will tell you this... but it decides your future
1. Visibility beats hard work. If no one knows what you're doing, it doesn't count.
2. Your manager's opinion > HR policies. People promote who they trust, not just who performs.
3. Networking inside > skills outside. Opportunities come from people, not platforms.
4. Pick projects that make you visible, not just busy. Workload doesn't equal growth.
5. Your personal brand is built in your first 2 years, Protect it early - it defines your path.
6. Learning stops when curiosity does. Ask questions. Stay curious. Keep improving.
7. Quiet quitting feels safe but kills growth silently. Comfort zones are career traps.
Tips biar jadi karyawan overperform dan bisa cepet naik gaji:
1. Gak boleh sering minta maaf. Bikin keliatan lemah dan gak kompeten.
Minta maaf hanya dalam konteks personal.
Kesalahan dalam kerja itu biasa. Move on. Fokus sama solusi dan langkah berikutnya.
If you feel overwhelmed—good. It means you’re pushing your limits.
If you feel emotional—good. It means you’ve found something deeply important.
If you feel uncertain—good. It means you’re learning.
A huge obstacle to success is a fear of appearing foolish.
When we learn to walk, we fall repeatedly until we can do it. We look foolish until the minute we don’t. That is how we learn.
So much advantage in life comes from being willing to look foolish in the short term.
No one wants to be told why their idea can’t work.
If you can tell someone how something could work you’re 100x more valuable than the entire line of people who come up with creative reasons why it can’t.
@hidungsayasatuu Dibudget kali ya Mei, untuk golongan kita yang makanan sangat mempengaruhi mood kayanya cepat jenuh kalau monoton bgt makanannya.
Makanan enak -> Good Mood -> Good Performance -> Good Career -> Good Salary 😅
@kanyewest Jesus taught love, kindness and forgiveness.
I used to think that turning the other cheek was weak & foolish, but I was the fool for not appreciating its profound wisdom.
