@TartanLlama I'm normally not into metal music at all but I nonetheless immensely enjoyed Yamantaka//Sonic Titan's albums. This is their latest one which they pitched as a soundtrack to an 80s anime that never existed: https://t.co/MhN3LYu5U9
@bjorn_fahller Also, token is probably not the right yaml field to use for this, but it's the first I got to work. 😅 You just need a way to get the toolset string on the CMake command line somehow.
@bjorn_fahller The tokens are purely used to select a toolchain via CMake's -T parameter (see https://t.co/fElPQXsVzS). Everything else stays the same, as your technically building on VS2022 all the time, you simply tell it to use the older compilers.
Next week we have a special event coming up: Together with @RustLondon_ we will have a joint meetup about Rust and C++ in Embedded. Join us as @Lotterleben and @WouterVanOoijen share their respective insights from a Rust and C++ perspective respectively. https://t.co/AWtTfL1m5M
@hankadusikova For reference, a 3090 RTX has a max image dimension of 32K pixels in each dimension under Vulkan. Just dumping the whole image to a single texture will run into limits quickly. https://t.co/bLcjLKOttI
Since the final part of Evangelion Rebirth is being released internationally today: More time has passed since the release of the first part of Rebirth, Evangelion 1.0, than between the release of the original TV series and 1.0. You may feel old now.
Received my hardcopy of @haskellbook today. 😊 I'm super pleased with the quality of the printing, amazing job. I've noticed a trend in tech books for several years now, where small independent books like this significantly outclass the big publishers in manufacturing quality.
I didn't realize it, but I really needed an album like @beatricepirate's Perséides. As much as I like her voice, this is a piece of unparalleled beauty. https://t.co/UuJPROCbER
@Samathy_Barratt Obviously, if you do this, please also get into bed one hour earlier the night before. Don't try to sacrifice sleep, this usually doesn't work out.
@Samathy_Barratt I personally find it easier to do things in the morning. I regularly get in the habit of getting up one hour earlier than usual and spend it on something I want to work on. You'd be surprised how much you can get done with just one hour of good work per day.
