@merseyrail @rd_phil @CheshireLive Yes there have been times there has been no way to obtain a printed ticket at all and it’s been extremely stressful. There have also been times I’ve had to run to another train station and back again to get a ticket printed.

@merseyrail @rd_phil @CheshireLive This doesn’t always work. There have been times I’ve had absolutely no options and have had to risk being fined even though I’ve paid in full.

@CheshireLive I’ve had this problem. There was nowhere to print the ticket and if I walked to another station I’d miss my train. Ended up having to beg the train staff to not fine me because I had paid in full. The system needs to be updated, it’s stressful.
