Seeing as so many women are unwilling to help themselves when it comes to keeping a man's commitment, here are some truth bombs:

- Men are not commitment machines. They don't wake up every morning excited to hand over half their paycheck, their freedom, and their peace of mind. You have to give them a good reason.
- Respect matters to men the same way desire matters to women. The difference is that when men say it, they're told they're insecure.
- Constant criticism is not communication. If 90% of what comes out of ur mouth is a complaint, eventually he'll stop hearing the words and start hearing noise.
- Most men don't fear marriage. They fear marrying the wrong woman and spending the next 20 years paying for that mistake.
- Women love saying "if he wanted to, he would." The same applies to women. If she wanted to be pleasant, supportive, loyal, appreciative, fit, feminine, and cooperative, she would.
- Men are constantly told they should earn more, achieve more, provide more, protect more, and sacrifice more. Women are told they should never settle and deserve more. Then people wonder why relationships are failing.
- A dead bedroom isn't created by a husband forgetting to take out the trash. It's usually the result of years of attraction erosion, resentment, entitlement, and taking the relationship for granted.
- Men don't leave good relationships because another woman exists. Men leave when the cost of staying becomes higher than the cost of leaving.
- If a man has to constantly earn ur love while ur love is treated as the default prize he should be grateful for, don't be surprised when he starts questioning the deal.
- The female version of "be nice and she'll want sex" is "be attractive and he'll want commitment." Yet somehow only one of those is considered offensive.
Women keep saying they want emotionally available men. Then they lose attraction the second a man acts that way.
- The biggest lie modern women were sold is that commitment is something men owe them. Commitment is earned, just like attraction.
