Windows 25H2 26200.6584 fresh install w/ 7.11.26.2142 Chipset Drivers (just released) on a 7800x3d with PBO
SVM on, IOMMU on (realistic settings for someone playing competitively on FaceIT or playing VALORANT)
For some reason people think I did not test or that I made up the numbers? Not sure what incentive I'd have to lie, but here's me showing a 4.8% increase in avg fps and and a 12.2% increase in 1% lows in CS2 by not using Core 0/1 and changing the heterogeneous short running thread policy to "All Processors". Again, I think the reason for this is Core 0/1 contention and the way the semantics of "Performant" vs "Efficient" are defined in the presence of PBO.
No cuts in the video because for some reason people actually think I trying to deceive them (again - why?) so you can see there's no editing magic lmao.
Again I want to reiterate I AM NOT selling anything. I will refuse any and all requests to do any optimization or consultation or anything else of the sort. This stuff has 0 interest to me as a business opportunity. I am solely curious about how it works for my own interest and to get more performance.
If you have reason to believe my conclusion is wrong, then that's good! Just share it so we can figure out WHY this phenomenon exists. I don't work for AMD or Microsoft so why would I care? If there's a simpler way to have the same performance I'm all for it.
