@FCBxRCB A performing Virat is very hard to stop, specially when the total is below 210. A few slogs from Venky, DDP, David etc and he'll control any chase. I'm interested to see how RCB does without him in 28 onwards
@c_soubhagya Obviously bro, no one is denying that you can't get everything in an auction. But the point is how you target your players. If you walk out with 65-70% of what you aimed for you've done well anyway.
@c_soubhagya Its the general template. It's obvious you can't control everything in the auction hence they missed their target Yuzi and settled on Suyash for eg. But they still targeted Krunal, Bhuvi, Salt, Hoff, Venky as targets who all won the IPL before and got them.
@MsDheuni@c_soubhagya Not that difficult to understand. Shit past it recruitment, poor structure due to no foresight and poor tactics from captain and management
@c_soubhagya No, this tweet sums it up. You need to acquire proven players who've been there in the big stages consistently and who'll be unfazed when its tough. Tripathi, Hooda, Shankar were mega washed and even in their prime weren't some elite talents anyway

@c_soubhagya Skill is obvious, but the more exp more the adv. KKR 24 , MI, CSK in their glory days all had players of vast exp who had been there and done it. As special as PBKS were, the likes of Arya, Prabh, Nehal panicked in the final. SRH 24 and GT middle order the less said the better
@c_soubhagya They've only had 1 of Rasikh or Suyash in the team for a reason, rarely both together. You can get away with an inexp player or two if the collective is so strong, but having too many inexp players will cost you in playoffs like srh '24, gt , pbks have realised
@Lakonikos_ Not really, they've just submitted their first bid to Atletico of 100m for Alvarez. And the window hasn't even started yet. They're hunting for defenders too. They are back to 1:1 and can now spend freely
