Two years ago we built Destiny AI Astrology. It's grown to 200K+ users, with 20K+ active every month, many of whom keep ChatGPT Plus just for it, it's part of their daily routine.

We've seen issues since June 7, and since June 29 it's been completely broken. Every request fails. Users are telling us they're canceling ChatGPT Plus over it.

We opened a case with OpenAI support the day it broke (#10547929), confirmed it on iOS, mobile web, and desktop, ruled out our own backend, and sent screen recordings. Support still hasn't helped, just the same troubleshooting steps on repeat.

We're not the only ones. Other builders are reporting the same Custom GPT Actions failures after recent model updates.
