As per a recent study by Knight Frank, Mumbai’s redevelopment pipeline could unlock homes worth ₹1.5 trillion by 2031, a massive supply boost for a housing-starved metropolis.

▪︎ ~70 societies (52.2 acres) already in the pipeline as of Mar 2025.
