Engineering and product leaders in Stockholm and Europe, you are sorely needed for European sovereignty.
Startups are working hard to build enduring global companies from Europe. Their products are often platforms that fundamentally enable humans to solve societal problems with AI.
This decade, the technology that cements global power structures is being built. I believe Europe has lots to offer the world in terms of values and long-term thinking. These values propagate when Europe stays relevant by developing platforms the world relies on. If you help, you are significantly improving the chances that European-built platforms flourish, and become something that coming generations will use and talk about.
It's good for you too. You will get ownership stakes in the company you build. You will learn new skills, skills that do not become obsolete as AI fundamentally removes the need to write code. The journey will likely connect you with people who unlock opportunities you didn't realize existed, and with likeminded people that will stay friends with you for the rest of your life.
If you are a European builder, founder, CTO, or CEO that like to have impact, I believe one of the most responsible things you can do is to work at a European startup with global traction.
Lovable specifically is right now looking to fill product and engineering leadership positions, both for our existing product and our next product line.

Proud backer and investor of this 🔥🔥🔥 gang. But more importantly, I’m a user of Lovable and it has had real impact in my life. I’m a builder. You can too.
Announcing Lovable raised $330M at a $6.6B valuation.
We launched Lovable to empower the 99%, the people with ideas who don’t code.
Now everyone is a builder: founders, teachers, artists, and teams inside the world's largest companies.
Meet some of those incredible builders:
I had a great time speaking with @TomMackenzieTV at the @Bloomberg studio the other week.
We talked about the momentum in the legal AI market this year – and I was excited to see research highlighting @WeAreLegora as the most-used legal AI platform among the UK’s top firms.
One year of Lovable shaking the world. For me, one year of angel investing. Like someone smart once said, it has been a year. Congrats to the entire @Lovable team. What a launch that was.
We launched Lovable one year ago from a co-working space in Stockholm.
In the last 12 months:
- Multiple Lovable-built products reached $10k-$100k MRR
- Our community of users grew to 9M
- We've crossed $200M ARR
- Enterprises started building: Klarna, Netflix, Adobe, and more.
I'm deeply grateful to every person using Lovable and the Lovable team for making this possible.
Filed didn’t replace JCG’s team.
It gave them breathing room.
More capacity.
Less cleanup.
No tradeoffs.
This is what happens when you pair good tech with great operators.
