Kasmwel, let's use the official numbers instead of campaign figures.

- 76,000 teachers had been recruited by the end of 2025.
- The 24,000 more frequently quoted were approved for subsequent recruitment to reach 100,000—they were not all recruited within the first three years.
- The 16,000 you mention are additional positions proposed in a later budget, not teachers already hired.

So your calculation is:

76,000 recruited + 24,000 planned + 16,000 proposed = 116,000, then presenting all of them as if they had already been recruited in three years.

That is misleading.

Also, where is the official TSC evidence that Kibaki recruited only 20,000 teachers and Uhuru only 50,000? If those figures cannot be backed by TSC records, the comparison collapses.
