This is where we are at. The entirety of any “free trade” deal with the U.S. was always premised on a good-faith, partnership.
John Turner knew (decades ago), if the U.S. ever did an about-face, they would use economic levers we handed them, in bad faith (unlawfully, with Trump), to attack our sovereignty.
Unfortunately, after decades, we have a large swath of our population who are just too dumb and too eager to be traitors.
WTF? What could give anyone this delusion?
Why would any reasonably-minded person want to be part of a country that has a criminal-fraudster, sexual predator, corrupt, twice-impeached, President?
Even worse, there’s 77,000,000+ people who voted, support such a person; meaning, he won’t be the last POS, Authoritarian, in the White House.
Not a chance in Hell.
In other words, a small % of idiots are traitors to Canada.
I really do think they’re missing the point, when asking if anyone at Good Good raised any concerns, whether the woman felt comfortable.
I am sure they thought it was “Good Good”, edgy and exactly what they are, would be putting out.
That’s the problem with their initial statement. It is entirely devoid of real accountability, because it was completely disingenuous; it is a representation of their values, culture and, by those defending them, a core group of their market. The problem is, they never thought that was a problem; they do now.
We shall see if this has serious impact on Good Good, beyond the short term. I believe it will.
@oceancape@lamphieryeg I would.
Unfortunately, I have some time before that would occur (if ever - kind of no need).
Thanks for the well-wishes, though.
Election Day? Hahahaha.
They only need to win 1 of 3 By-Elections, where 1 was always a certainty.
This entire narrative is a farce, where losers, like yourself, believe their own nonsense, simply because a criminal Administration in the U.S. echoed what they saw on social media.
Big brains, eating their own bullshit.
Kate Harrison is a paid, Con, shill. Smooth talker and intelligent, but doing her job. This is what she gets paid to say.
The facts on the bridge aren’t controversial; Trump’s unlawful repudiation of the agreement signed years prior, using extortion, to force Canada into a new deal is. Those extorted terms, changed, daily, at the whims of the criminal-fraudster sitting in the White House.
Carney’s “fault” was in not calling this out, though, again, would have been prejudicial to getting that resolved.
So, the “deficit” of trust, comes from a class of Cons, the victim-class, whom CPC, embarrassingly, solicits for votes. These individuals would put forward any delusions, claims, that support their lifelong projections, for their own failures.
So, in the end, Canadians have nothing to gain from its Government breaking from confidence its trading partners, those it continues to negotiate with, demand.
It would be prejudicial to Canadian interests, to do as the Conservative Party of Canada; chase cheap political points, from a class of individuals, who will never be satisfied, as their failures have cemented their lot, not the actions of those they lay projections upon. They would hold Canadians hostage, before ever admitting failure, their incessant need for projection.
Callaway will take a short-term hit. It will cost them, surely. They’ll survive (of course) and eventually, memories will fade.
This is how marketing works, a big miss costs more than a hit. They took a really bad risk (I expect they will never come out and say it, but heads will roll, or already have).
As to Good Good, I feel their market is way more flaky. Of course, they have now cornered the dipshit-market. Unfortunately, that was always there and they could be facing a major disruption to their revenue stream; way less traffic (so, sponsors leaving) and, of course, folks not wanting to be caught dead wearing their merch (probably a massive hit).
@MarcNixon24 Just pack your shit up, already, and go.
Wait, they don’t want you, either.
Weird how these victim-class, failures, are so quick at being traitors, for a foreign, criminal Administration, that doesn’t even want them.
To our misfortune, we’re stuck with them.
Breaking: In response to Trump’s threats, Mark Carney is recalling Parliament for an emergency session, to seek
Injunctive Relief against the Trump Administration’s attempt at renaming the Great Lakes.
Sources have confirmed, Pierre Poilievre intends on supporting the Government’s plans, on condition that it also seek an order, preventing the Trump Administration from calling him a “Non-Entity”.
Things are heating up.
Raw Footage: We now have footage of the Trump Administration debrief, following its failed attempt at getting a revised Free Trade Agreement with Canada.
Vance, Jameson Greer and Lutnick are quite “talented”.
Man, that Natalie Harp looks really different after long days, with the makeup crew gone home.
This is how dumb Cons are in Canada.
Every single claim the Trump Administration makes, as to why the Free Trade Negotiations failed, comes from the delusional claims of Canadian Conservatives, on social media.
Trump now makes claims about what the Canadian Government is saying; which comes from…victim-class, Con, failures’ fiction, on social media. You really can make this shit up, I guess.
These people are crying about their own Government, while Trump et al., are simply repeating conspiracies, the victim-class made up.
They now believe the truth of their own fictions, because Trump’s Administration knows how to scrape social media; repeating these failures’ own delusions, to convince them that they’re real.
These low-quotient Cons, are doing exactly what Trump wants.
This may be the only intelligent thing this Administration is capable of doing; knowing its audience and exploiting their lifelong failures and victim-class existence, into believing he is the solution.
I only fault Ford for letting this get personal. He isn’t entirely wrong, but Trump isn’t exactly a person that acts on logic and reason.
No matter how right we may be, Trump will lash-out, regardless of consequences to Americans, or Canadians, because he has already bragged that he is making $$$ Billions, personally, in manipulating markets.
This is the conundrum for Canada; we’re not negotiating with the U.S., American people and their interests. You’re negotiating with a megalomaniac, corrupt, criminal-fraudster, authoritarian.
Find that playbook. We’re doomed, but it doesn’t mean we capitulate. We can’t give in, where our long-term interests are what are at stake.
@KnightLegg@SheilaGunnReid Almost like the Trump Administration is simply repeating the delusions from your ilk, to convince you of your own bullshit.
Weird, but not weird, of how fucking stupid your victim-class, cult, really is.
Nah…he’s simply repeating what the victim-class in this country are claiming Carney said (which he never has).
Every claim from this Administration is simply echoing what they find on social media.
Almost like they are trying to convince the delusional Cons, of their own fictions. I am being facetious, because that is exactly what they are doing (the only intelligent thing they have done), and these idiots are believing their own bullshit.
We are surrounded by idiots.
@david_parker You mean, one whose American division, run by Americans, has been allegedly used to launder money, for entities, including those with ties to Iran, as well as Trump’s buddies.
There. Fixed.

@ThevoiceAlexa@realDonaldTrump@RebelNewsOnline Donald Trump repeats the inventions from the deranged, victim-class in this country, to have them believe their own delusions.
They now demand the PM address a claim he has never made, to the people who actually did.
We live amongst fucking idiots.
@BoswellDoug Awwww…they’re back to counting their jamborees as a representation of general support.
What a great time to get back on tour, spending taxpayer dollars, to undermine Canadian interests.
@CPC_HQ hard at work, using the same, failed, strategies.
