Visited Lucknow PSK for tatkal passport renewal. After 1 hr at the counter, was told to go to Kanpur PSK—Lucknow doesn’t handle my hometown. Surprising that in #DigitalIndia, we still run around cyber cafes for prints. Why not a core system like banks? #passport @sjaishankaroffc
