In Science, researchers report a key feat: detailed maps of over a million individual cells across 33 organs, representing the most comprehensive, cross-tissue cell atlases to date. (THREAD) 🧵
The research, led by Dr @DevikaGanes, Prof @lachlanjmc @UMCCR and A/Prof Peter Simpson @UQ_News, found that sequencing focused on cfDNA from the di-nucleosome fraction of breast cancer samples provides a clearer representation of tumour mutations.
