AXON HAS INFILTRATED THE (PROSECUTION) SIDE OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM 👀 🚨
which contain defense evidence, witness statements, grand jury materials, and other legally privileged documents.
Axon's ACEIP program allows them to use "Customer Content" for commercial AI development🚨👀(See Pic)
Axon built a 2nd product called Axon Justice. It is a separate platform deployed inside (prosecutor) offices. 🚨👀
It says
AI Case Search is now available for early access in Axon Justice for organizations with Justice Premier Plus. Spend less time searching and more time solving cases. Whether your case is a handful of files or hundreds of images, videos, audio files, and documents; AI Case Search helps you quickly find relevant evidence that contains weapons, vehicles, apparel, objects, and drug paraphernalia reducing the time spent manually sifting through case evidence."
Stop and think about what that paragraph mechanically describes. Axon's AI is scanning through prosecution case files. Not police body camera footage. Prosecution case files. These are the files prosecutors use to prepare cases for trial. 👀👀🚨
• Defense evidence submitted under protective orders
• Grand jury materials protected by Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e)
• Witness statements subject to witness protection statutes
• Victim evidence in sexual assault and child abuse cases protected by rape shield laws
• Pending case evidence where the presumption of innocence still applies
• Attorney work product protected by the attorney-client privilege
Axon's AI is scanning through all of this. Identifying objects within it. Building search indexes across it. And if ACEIP applies to the Justice platform the same way it applies to https://t.co/7E56pPuErn, Axon is using prosecution case content to train commercial AI products.🚨👀👀
Grand jury materials are among the most legally protected documents in the American criminal justice system. They cannot be disclosed to anyone except authorized court personnel and the defendant's attorney through discovery. A private corporation scanning through grand jury materials with AI and potentially using them to train commercial products⚠️👀
Cases that go to grand jury include grand jury transcripts, witness testimony, and evidence presented to the grand jury. If prosecutors upload those materials to Axon Justice for case management purposes, and if Axon's AI Case Search scans through them, Axon has accessed grand jury materials without judicial authorization.
—-👀🚨
Now Axon has built two separate
data harvesting pipelines:
Pipeline 1: https://t.co/7E56pPuErn (Police Side)
• Body camera footage
• ALPR data
• Field interview recordings
• Citizen-facing surveillance
Pipeline 2: Axon Justice (Prosecutor Side)
• Case files with grand jury materials
• Defense evidence and work product
• Witness statements
• Victim evidence
• Court documents and filings
• Case outcome data
Axon is harvesting data from BOTH sides of the criminal justice system. Police collect the raw surveillance. Prosecutors manage the case outcomes. Axon sits in the middle of both, seeing what comes in 👀🚨and how it gets used.
This gives Axon a vertically integrated view of the entire criminal justice pipeline that no government agency possesses. The DOJ does not have a unified system that tracks evidence from collection through prosecution to verdict. Axon does, because Axon controls both platforms.🚨🚨
If Axon's AI is trained on data from both pipelines, it can develop predictive models for:
• Which types of evidence lead to convictions
• Which prosecutors have higher conviction rates
• Which police departments collect more usable evidence
• Which neighborhoods generate more arrests
• Which case strategies are most effective

🚨 EMACIATED CATTLE LEFT TO DIE IN LAKE WALES RIDGE STATE FOREST 🚨
Neighbors are asking a simple question: Where’s @FDACS ?
Instead of investigating this troubling footage, the Department of Agriculture’s law enforcement arm trespassed the whistleblower/concerned citizen who uploaded it.
The reason given? Multiple complaints had reportedly been filed against their office.
The officer who showed up at the 50-year-old woman’s home to deliver the trespass warning was asked if he had ever felt intimidated by her.
His answer?
“No, ma’am.”
A lawsuit has now been filed against the Florida Forest Service.
Perhaps @WiltonSimpson or @MearKat00 will address this troubling situation.
Investigate the cattle. Don’t silence the person reporting it.

https://t.co/pFXakdAzIG is a New Orleans-based company that verifies IDs for Hertz, Target, FedEx, and weed dispensaries. Why is a private, commercial ID verification company scanning military Common Access Cards? 💳 👀 🚨🚨
If this breach was true , Department of Defense would be locking down bases and replacing every access card in the inventory. But the DOD is silent. 🤔 👀👀
Why is there federal ID data alongside civilian data? Unless they deliberately mixed it in there to SEIZE the databases
the FBI deliberately hacked the site to create the legal pretext to march into https://t.co/pFXakdAzIG, seize all their physical servers, and absorb their entire database of 153 million identities into federal custody.
The real intention is a structural consolidation of biometric and identity data under federal control
The government cant legally mandate that private companies hand over 153 million citizen ID scans without a massive privacy backlash. But if the data is "stolen" by Russian hackers and posted on the dark web, the FBI can invoke emergency national security authorities to seize the entire database to "protect the victims."🚨👀👀

🚨BREAKING Exclusive: ➡️ FBI and Congressman knew J6 pipe bomber was law enforcement before the arrest of Brian Cole Jr.🚨
“We knew then it was a law enforcement person.”
Established and trusted sources have confirmed to me that the former @FBI Assistant Director of the Office of Congressional Affairs briefed a Congressman, staff, former high-ranking @CapitolPolice commanders, and a well-known journalist that a FirstNet whistleblower informed the FBI that it was a single law enforcement phone number that pinged within three meters of both pipe bomb drop locations on January 5, 2021.
Three weeks after that October 16, 2025 briefing, Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA, @RepLoudermilk) sent me a string of personal text messages confirming that he and his staff had received corroborating evidence that the placing of those explosive devices “points to USCP [U.S. Capitol Police] involvement.”
The October 16, 2025 FBI briefing
On December 2, 2025, only two days before the arrest of Brian Cole Jr. as the alleged J6 pipe bomber, a formerly high-ranking Capitol Police whistleblower reached out to inform me that he had been part of a briefing at Rep. Loudermilk’s office on October 16, 2025. The FBI’s congressional liaison, Marshall Yates, briefed a small group of only five others that the FBI had received information from a First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) whistleblower about a single, redacted FirstNet phone number that had “pinged” within three meters of where pipe bombs were discovered on January 6, 2021, at both the Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington, D.C.
According to Yates, the FirstNet whistleblower told the FBI that data long reported as “corrupted” was actually retrievable. The FBI sent a warrant to AT&T and Verizon for that data. Both mobile network carriers sent the recovered data to FirstNet for redactions.
According to the Capitol Police whistleblower who attended this briefing, Yates explained that because it was now known by the FBI to be a FirstNet redacted phone number that pinged within three meters of both bomb placement locations on the evening of January 5, he said, “We knew then it was a law enforcement person.”
Who was at the briefing
*Marshall Yates, (@MarshallYates_) FBI Assistant Director of the Office of Congressional Affairs
*Congressman Barry Loudermilk, (@RepLoudermilk) Chairman of the Select Subcommittee to Investigate the Remaining Questions Surrounding January 6, 2021
*Rob Adkerson, (@RobAdkerson1791) Rep. Loudermilk’s then Chief of Staff
*Steven Sund, (@ChiefSund) former Chief of the U.S. Capitol Police
*A now-retired former Deputy Chief of the U.S. Capitol Police who became a whistleblower in November of 2021 when he filed his first protected disclosure related to the events of January 6, 2021, with members of Congress
*John Solomon (@jsolomonReports), investigative journalist, founder and CEO of @JustTheNews. Now serves as the chairman of the new Government Transparency Task Force in the White House.
Why they were there
The Capitol Police whistleblower told me that he and former Chief Sund had received calls from Rob Adkerson asking them to come in for the meeting. The whistleblower and Sund have a long personal relationship and arranged to meet early for coffee before going to Loudermilk’s office. The whistleblower told me he didn’t understand his purpose for being there, as he had no background or working familiarity with FirstNet or the cellular network providers.
*During the development of this story, the whistleblower informed me that he had consulted with Chief Sund several times to ensure their memories of Yates’s briefing were accurate and in sync.*
Loudermilk and Adkerson were obvious choices for the briefing, as Loudermilk had chaired both subcommittees investigating January 6 since the GOP won back control of Congress in 2023. Adkerson, the de facto leader of the committees’ investigative efforts, had always been the point man for my many interactions with the Congressman and his staff.
According to the whistleblower, John Solomon was the “odd bird” in the mix; even stranger, he said, “Although Yates was giving the briefing, it felt like Solomon called the meeting.”
The whistleblower’s most significant observation was in the form of a question, “Why, after all this time, has Solomon never done a story about it?”
I have reached out to everyone for comments about that briefing, except for Solomon. Adkerson confirmed the subject matter with me several weeks ago, during his primary campaign run for his former boss’s congressional seat. Loudermilk announced early this year that he would not seek reelection in November, prompting Adkerson to resign as Loudermilk’s chief of staff and mount an unsuccessful effort to earn his boss’s seat in Congress.
Loudermilk’s announcement to step down from his seat on February 4 of this year came only three weeks after his new subcommittee’s only hearing on January 14, during which Chairman Loudermilk dropped the most underreported statement by any Congress member this year. Loudermilk revealed, “Additionally, the FBI operational updates note two eyewitnesses who described the gray hoodie suspect as a White male. Did this influence the FBI’s investigation?”
Three weeks later, Loudermilk announced he was leaving Congress for “personal reasons,” to spend more dedicated time with his family as a husband, father, and grandfather.
What else does Loudermilk know
I reached out directly to Loudermilk and his new chief of staff for comment on this story, and while I’ve not heard back from either, I already have an extensive, Capitol Hill-quaking statement from the Congressman. Only 20 days after that October 16, 2025 briefing about the FirstNet phone number pinging at both bomb-drop locations, Loudermilk sent me a string of text messages. At that time, the Congressman was already aware of our coming story in which we would name a former Capitol Police officer as a potential forensic match to the gray hooded bomber. With no prompting, on November 5 of last year, I received the following messages from Loudermilk:
“You are about to shake the world!!”
“I've been talking with Rob and Brandon … [his former and current chiefs of staff] ... Having my team dig deeper to find corroborating evidence. We had recently uncovered some evidence that was leading us in the same direction. We need to talk face to face. I have info that can fill in the gaps.”
“Will need to meet to discuss. It is circumstantial, but it points to USCP involvement.”
“If you have this right, I don't believe the individual acted alone. I want to connect the dots and to everyone.”
Exactly one month after Loudermilk sent me those text messages, the FBI arrested Brian Cole Jr., an autistic black man who would in no way qualify for a FirstNet phone number.
Questions
Why hasn’t the FBI or Loudermilk’s committee informed the public about that redacted FirstNet phone number? Will the FBI now publish the data FirstNet recovered, to either confirm or denounce this story?
Only one week after the October 16 meeting, the FBI re-upped the $500,000 reward with new video footage of the gray hooded bomber, posting that video to all social media sites and again asking the public for leads to help identify the bomber. This suggests they still had no suspects at the time. Why would they again publicize the reward money and ask for the public’s help when they had new information that the bomber was carrying a first responders FirstNet phone?
Why hasn’t the FBI responded to Loudermilk’s revelation that the Bureau had two eyewitnesses stating the gray hooded figure was a “white male?” Also, while several pedestrians crossed paths with that figure on January 5, ironically, one of those people was none other than Marshall Yates. To my knowledge, Yates has never publicly acknowledged whether or not he is one of those two witnesses. (Is he?) Now that he has left his position at the FBI, will he acknowledge the contents of that briefing he gave to Loudermilk et al? Or is that information classified as “secret” or “sensitive,” and would he be in violation of his separation agreement with the FBI to even discuss that briefing?
What notes or recordings of that October briefing were made? Was John Solomon taking notes? Had the FBI already pre-briefed him before October 16? If the Capitol Police whistleblower, Chief Sund, and Rob Adkerson’s memories are correct, that information is the single most important story since the January 6 riot itself. Why would Solomon not have published that story sometime in the last 10 and 1/2 months?
