@DirectX12 Is being able to configure the deGamma function for SDR content in HDR mode on the roadmap? There's a lot of content that is bt.1886 or gamma 2.2, that looks wrong with the default sRGB de-gamma.

Encouraging intranet posts thanking people for their support on your releases/demos/bugfixes/etc that they can mention on their annual reviews is a nice way to mitigate.

We often have multiple engineers working on changes that touch the same parts of the codebase so we open up draft code reviews early so that relevant parties can design review it and ensure it'll integrate cleanly with the other just merged or about to be merged changes.

@charshenton Does this technique seem like it could benefit from an eye tracked or fixed focal point foveation implementation? The biggest problem I see with aggressive raster based subsampling is aliasing being even more annoying in your peripheral. Does this LOD down without bad aliasing?

@SebAaltonen I think some of the disconnect comes from those who prioritize memorization as a measure of skill vs those who prioritize quick learning, quick iterations, and problem solving. I'm wired to remember where information is rather than the information itself.
