I had no idea how awful their rating is since having a flight just cancelled by them & v little help regarding my request to have my refund amount confirmed in writing. Terrible service ๐๐ก
@lufthansa In every single post on the @lufthansa feed it is compliant after complaint.
I wish I had checked before booking a flight with this company as I would have gone elsewhere.
With a cancelled flight and no way of getting a reliable reply to my email I am absolutely appalled.
