Sir.. u r giving lands free to refugees. Illegal squatters for free. Have some considerations for we tax payers. We are not asking for free but at reasonable rates like in many other states. High rates from 1980 have resulted in govt getting nothing. Wish BJP success in 2019.

Humble request to CM - Respected Sir! 1st JAN 2019 is the last day of submitting Suggestion/Objection regarding Conversion of Class-2 lands into Class-1 policy.Don't charged 25% of HAFTY Premium of current RR rate. In our best interest Premium should be ONLY 5% of Land rates !

Regarding Conversion of "Class 2 Occupancy tenure lands into Class-1 lands" - Our SUGGESTION to GOVT. that Conversion Premium should be charged ONLY 5% of the Land Value along with AMNESTY Scheme - Then only Govt.will get POSITIVE response from Housing Societies in Mumbai city.

@CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis Regarding Govt.granted lands there are about 3000 Housing Societies in Mumbai & about 22000 Societies in Maharashtra - Our request to Honourable CM to take decision on 'Conversion of Class 2 lands into Class 1 lands' without charging any Premium without putting any Conditions !

@CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis Regarding the issue of Conversion- Government has now given Extension of time for Calling "Suggestion and Objection up-to 1st January, 2019" against draft of Maharashtra Land Revenue (Conversion of Occupancy Class-II and Leasehold lands into Occupancy Class-I lands) Rules.
