Nāma Saṅkīrtanam is supreme. In 1907, when Mahā Periyavā came to Kāñcipuram and was on His way to Kalavai on a horse cart (for His unanticipated initiation into Sanyāsa to take over the reins of Kāñci Kāmakoṭi Pīṭham as the 68th Śaṅkarācāryā), suddenly, when someone referred to as Mēstri (supervisor) or Kārvār (secretary) in those days told Him that it was unclear when He would be able to return home, Mahā Periyavā meditated and did Rāma Nāma japā. We are quoting this to emphasize the power of Nāma Saṅkīrtanam.
When the one who reigned as a guide, shouldering the responsibility of leading and directing the society and people for a hundred years, was suddenly made to realize His impending extraordinary responsibility at the age of thirteen, His instant reaction and the words He chanted with faith were "Rāma Rāma Rāma Rāma”He mentions it in that essay as well. When He reflects on what life has taught me, in those two or three English essays, He says that the one thing that gives true confidence in life is Nāma Saṅkīrtanam. #kamakoti #JagadguruVacanam

Your efforts all the way, to put the cat out of the bag first, expose the illegality, fight it out with points and the Court's role in rendering justice. Sorry, credit is only due to you, not to the Govt of the day. Great work.
Administrative Fund under Sec 92 is a big fraud itself, drawing funds from Temples' funds into the kitty that is under the control of the Govt with strictly one way traffic flow into it only. A dubious fund to which upto exorbitant 12% and 4% of temples' income amounting to about Rs 600 Crs are forcibly sucked into every year and is a fat fund paving way for gross misuse. Fund that provides Govt jobs to thousands, over staffed, over paid while direct temple staff are paid less. Based on particular Temple's income, some are paid pittance that can only pay for milk expenses for small family.
Why is the surplus of this Administrative Fund not transferred into 'Common Good Fund' as laid down in the rules related to 'Common Good Fund'?
With this additional fund support, so many village side dilapidated temples that are slowly being wiped off could have been saved by restoration, why is this not implemented?
Why is further temple funds are drawn, not on voluntary basis, but forcibly into Common Good Fund by the Commissioner.
Hyped Secretaries and Commissioners of HR&CE Dept., do they care to think in these lines? Do they really care?
Temples and Hindu devotees are their real masters, not the Govt., will they realise?
Common Good Fund is Govt's cash cow, unceremoniously misused in the name of projects, sucking out nearly Rs 600 from Temples' funds every year, thus aiding siphoning of huge funds into private pockets in the name of projects.
Isn't it a shame that 'Party Funds' have been generated from Temple Funds annually during the previous regime?
Hindu devotees should realise that they are deliberately kept away from Temple administration, thus hood winked, while huge siphoning of temple funds taking place, like leaches do once they contact the skin.
Minister Sri Ramesh @RameshOffcl should go deep into this and work on restoring decaying temples instead of being part of publicity show on Kumbabhishekams of already functioning temples like the previous @tnhrcedept Minister did.
We remain confident that future is bright with higher public awareness of many devotees and a will on the part of the Govt. to change.

அமைச்சர் @RameshOffcl சட்டசபையில் பேசும் போது குறுக்கிட்ட முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் @PKSekarbabu ஒரு பெரும் பொய்யை கூசாமல் சொன்னார். அதாவது அவர் எந்தக் கோயில் திட்டத்தையும் துறை அமைச்சராக முடிவு செய்யவில்லையாம்.
இவர் அப்படி குறுக்கிட்டு பேசியது குன்னூரில் ஒரு பிள்ளையார் கோயில் நிலத்தில் ௹. 10 கோடி செலவில் வாகன நிறுத்துமிடம் கட்டுவது குறித்து அமைச்சர் @RameshOffcl உண்மைக்கு புறம்பாக சொல்கிறார் என்று (பொய்யான) குற்றம் சுமத்த.

சேகர்பாபு சட்டசபையில் பேசிய அப்பட்டமான பொய்: “சட்டசபை உறுப்பினர்கள் கேட்டுக் கொண்டபடிதான் கோயிலில் திட்டங்கள் போடப்பட்டன”

குன்னூர் வாகன நிறுத்தம் குறித்து அந்தக் கோயில் செயல் அலுவலர் கொடுத்தத் தகவல் @PKSekarbabu கூறியது அப்பட்டமான பொய் என நிரூபிக்கிறது:
“மாண்புமிகு அறநிலையத்துறை அமைச்சர் அவர்கள் அறிவுரையின் பேரில் கட்டிடத்தை இடித்து விட்டு நவீன அடுக்குநிலை வாகன நிறுத்துமிடம் அமைக்க 2024-2025 சட்டசபை அறிவுப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன் அடிப்படையில் பணிகளை முடிக்க நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது”.
