بعد زيارته التاريخية إلى إسرائيل وافتتاح سفارة بلاده في غرب القدس، وقف رئيس صوماليلاند عبد الرحمن محمد عبد الله أمام الجمهور وتكلم بصراحة نادرة. قال إنه خلال لقاءاته مع شركات إسرائيلية، قامت هذه الشركات بتقديمهم إلى السعودية، البلد الذي لديهم معه علاقات. ووصف المملكة بـ"خادمة وحامية مكة والمدينة".

الكلام بسيط، لكنه يضع الإصبع على الجرح. السعودية التي تعارض بشدة أي تقارب بين صوماليلاند وإسرائيل في العلن، وتمارس الضغط والتحذير، هي نفسها تستفيد من المداخل التي تفتحها الشبكات الإسرائيلية في الخفاء. هذا هو التناقض الذي يميز سياسة الرياض: خطاب عالي النبرة أمام الجمهور الإسلامي، وبراغماتية هادئة تخدم مصالحها بعيدًا عن الأضواء.

صوماليلاند، الدولة المستقرة ذات الأغلبية المسلمة والحكومة الفعالة، تُحاضَر وتُعاقَب كلما حاولت بناء شراكات مشروعة. أما السعودية فتتعامل مع إسرائيل في الملفات الاقتصادية والأمنية بهدوء. وفقًا لتحقيق نشرته صحيفة "هآرتس" الإسرائيلية في 28 يونيو 2026، باعت شركات إسرائيلية متقدمة مثل إلبيت سيستمز وإسرائيل إيروسبيس إندستريز أنظمة دفاعية متقدمة للسعودية وقطر، بما في ذلك أنظمة دفاع صاروخي وخوذات قتالية ونظارات رؤية ليلية لمقاتلات F-15 الأمريكية الصنع. وأشارت الوثائق والصور إلى أن السعودية عميل غير مباشر لشركات الدفاع الإسرائيلية، رغم عدم وجود علاقات دبلوماسية رسمية.

هذه ليست حالة فردية. الرياض تتقن فن المسارات المتعددة منذ سنوات: ترفع شعار الوحدة الإسلامية والعربية في الخطابات، ثم تتصرف بحسابات باردة عندما يتعلق الأمر بمصالحها. ويبقى شعب صوماليلاند مثل غيره من الشعوب في المنطقة يدفع ثمن هذه «الأخلاقيات الانتقائية» محرومًا من التعامل المباشر الصريح، بينما تستفيد المملكة بشكل غير مباشر من العلاقات التي تنتقدها علنًا.

كلام الرئيس جاء في الوقت المناسب، مباشرة بعد افتتاح السفارة في القدس. هو لم يتهم أحدًا، لكنه وضع الحقيقة على الطاولة. إذا كانت السعودية مرتاحة للعلاقات التي تأتي عبر المدخل الإسرائيلي، فلماذا تعرقل صوماليلاند في سعيها لمصالحها الخاصة؟

اللعبة المزدوجة هذه لم تعد مقبولة. على الرياض أن تقرر: إما أن تتعامل مع صوماليلاند بشفافية كشريك مشروع، أو تكف عن توجيه الانتقادات لمن يسلك طريقًا هي نفسها تسلكه خلف الأبواب المغلقة.
