@Photobox Shuffling photos and layouts. Can’t see which photos have been used. Wanted to create from scratch but photos automatically loaded to creation. Not saving automatically. I have emailed and was told my device probably doesn’t support the new software.

@Photobox just been reading all the negative comments on Facebook. After many years I’ve also given up trying to create books. It’s now over complicated and hard to edit creations. Too many options in my opinion.

@WrenKitchens we emailed customer services as our sink had ‘sunk’. A week later two lovely young men, Shane and Nick from CGS arrived, sorted the problem and noticed another issue which they rectified. Very polite, efficient and professional. Great service.

@Liz_ORiordan Many people are saying take your time and don’t rush. What about if the person was in rented or social housing as my mother is. It usually had to be done within a few weeks. Not easy whatever the circumstances
