2. Rules aren't clear nor applied consistently. Sort this out 1st not VAR

@MartinSLewis Its 6 weeks ago I sent my forms & no response. Not even an acknowledgement. Rang them last week was on hold for 2hrs 25m. Was told that there are delays but can't tell me how long I had to wait for my pension. Also can't tell me why the delay. Still waiting. Capita are hopeless.
