IMPORTANT NOTE #1: the Artwork you submit for this contest does not need to be a new Artwork. You can submit a previously created and / or minted Artwork that is still unsold, and just burn it (if you win) before we mint it together for the February Open Edition

- By participating to the Artcrush of the month Contest #2, the artist doesn‘t transfer any rights related to the artwork he enters for the competition.
- However by participating to the Artcrush of the month Contest #2, the artist agrees to transfer the following rights to Artcrush if and only if he is selected as the GRAND WINNER of the competition:
1.Rights to mint the artwork as FREE Open Edition for all the Artcrush Collectors Club Members (paying & invited members). This is the IMPORTANT NOTE #2
2.Rights for Artcrush to exhibit the artworks as a partnership between Artcrush and the winning artist anywhere at anytime in the World (Artcrush Website, Digital Billboards, Tweets, Press etc...)
3.Rights to give away or raffle or sell digital frames playing the winning artwork.
