Just finished running. It’s been over a year and a half since I last ran, and this morning I decided to start exercising again. When life needs positive changes, it begins with small habits. Now I’m heading home to shower and then go to work.

I've just hosted an company event last Friday and happy to find people enjoy cocktail mixing with those nice Cognac, and lovely Kaoliang spirit. It was a really amazing momemt be with my teammates.

I would say death of Charlie Kirk has made some changes of my life...I shall go to church more regularly, get back to charity volunteering when day-off from my full-time job, act more responsible in taking care my family, and be brave to fight for the truth.
