"Aloka The Peace Dog" drama by the media is a Big Bull Sh!t in India. In reality dogs are being beaten in every street, every apartment, everywhere in India. #Aloka
Today India is a nation of "Hinsa" because "Ahimsa" left long ago. @DogDeskAction@PhaedraXTeddy
Here are visuals from Ludhiana and Delhi, we in the animal welfare in India get hundreds of videos every week on beatings, murder and endless cruelty on cows, dogs, cats, pigs, horses etc..
The political leadership must share responsibility for this.
The proposed amendments to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 have been stalled, and the bill has reportedly been languishing for the past four years.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister and the Home Minister appear to have taken no action on the matter, for reasons known only to them. @PMOIndia@HMOIndia@MLJ_GoI@AwbiBallabhgarh@Dept_of_AHD
THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I SAY DOG-HATER PARENTS ARE CRIMINALS AND SHOULD BE GIVEN BELT TREATMENT!!
Listen to this rescue story.
A group of teenagers took a friendly dog, one who approached everyone with love and trust and strapped firecrackers to his eyes before detonating them for entertainment.
Blinded, terrified, and bleeding, he ran into nearby fields and hid. His wounds became infected with maggots. Instead of holding the children accountable or getting the dog emergency medical care, the parents allegedly chose to hide him away and euthanize him so the incident wouldn't become public.
Fortunately, rescuers learned about the case, rushed to save him, and began treatment. For months, he suffered with horrific injuries, trauma, infection, and pain. He lost his eyes because of what humans did to him.
And yet, despite everything, he still greets people with love.
That is what I cannot understand. A dog can suffer unimaginable cruelty at the hands of humans and still choose trust. Meanwhile, some humans inflict unimaginable suffering on a defenseless animal just for fun.
People often ask why animal cruelty matters so much.
This is why!!
If a child can laugh while blowing up a dog's eyes, society should be asking a serious question: what kind of adult is that child becoming, and why are the parents not being held accountable?
Cruelty is learned. Silence protects it. Excuses encourage it.
And the victim carries the scars for life.

Vijay Goel stated, "Maine mahaul banaya, phir maamla Supreme Court le gaya."
This raises important public-interest questions. If an "atmosphere" was created before approaching the Court, what evidence and facts formed the basis of the campaign? Decisions affecting millions of India's community dogs deserve transparency, scientific scrutiny, and informed public debate.
We urge the media to examine these statements and the issues surrounding them.

๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ FROM LIVESTOCK BILL TO SUO MOTU CASE: CONNECTING THE DOTS WITH NEW EVIDENCES!
๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ
Listen to what an Vijay Goel, @BJP4India representative is confessing about the suo motu case!!
He is the one who pushed for this suo motu case. So the @indSupremeCourt judges did not take up this suo motu case entirely on their own. Shame on the judges!
Every dog-bite case was manipulated. The numbers were inflated. The media was bought by this influential minister to make the isolated incidents amplified into a nationwide panic
And for what?!!
Three years ago, animal welfare groups sounded the alarm when a draft Livestock Bill classified dogs and cats as "livestock" and commodities under an import-export framework. Activists across the country opposed it, fearing it could pave the way for commercial exploitation of dogs and cats. The backlash was so strong that the draft bill was eventually withdrawn!
And then came the game plan.
A fake narrative was pushed, banking on the fact that people would never question the numbers, the claims, or the agenda behind them.
Dog haters swallowed the propaganda whole. Every day, fake news, exaggerated stories, and fear campaigns were amplified across media and social media platforms.
And who is paying the price?
The dogs.
Innocent community dogs are suffering because of someone's greed, someone's agenda, and the willingness of people to believe sensational narratives without demanding evidence.
Three years ago, attempts to classify dogs and cats as "livestock" triggered massive opposition from animal welfare groups across the country. That effort faced resistance.
Today, we are witnessing a different strategy, one built on fear, misinformation, and manufactured outrage.
And now, in at least one state, steps towards legalizing dog meat are reportedly already underway.
The evidence is attached.
The question is:
1. How many lies will people believe before they start asking who benefits from this narrative?
2. And how many dogs will suffer before the truth finally comes out?

๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐จ SOS: COMMUNITY DOGS ALLEGEDLY REMOVED FROM THEIR TERRITORY IN PRAYAGRAJ ๐จ๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
๐ Company Garden, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh
๐ 28 May 2026
Animal caregivers in Prayagraj are raising serious concerns over the alleged removal and relocation of sterilized, vaccinated community dogs from Company Garden.
These dogs had been living peacefully in the area for years. According to locals, they were suddenly picked up and taken away from the only territory they knew, despite existing legal protections for community animals.
Relocating community dogs is not just inhumane, it can be deadly.
Dogs removed from their familiar territory often face starvation, road accidents, violent attacks from other packs, stress, and death.
Community dogs are living beings, not objects to be discarded when inconvenient.
โ๏ธ Such actions violate:
โข Animal Birth Control (ABC) Rules, 2023
โข Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960
โข Supreme Court and High Court directions protecting community animals
We urge authorities to:
โ Investigate the alleged relocation immediately
โ Trace and return the dogs to their original area
โ Ensure accountability if laws were violated
โ Release CCTV footage and maintain transparency
Silencing the voiceless is not governance. Compassion and law must go together.

Caging community dogs inside a residential society is cruel & illegal as per Animal Birth Control (Dogs) Rules, 2023. They can't be unlawfully confined or relocated.
@BrigadeGroup release the dogs back to their territory.

As an Indian, I am deeply pained to witness the mass killing of Indian community and stray dogs like โAlokaโ across villages, towns, and cities in India. @AmitShah@AmitShahOffice@HMOIndia#StopDogCruelty
A baby goat tied to a bike, dragged through nearly 45ยฐC heat, crying in fearโฆ and still treated as a commodity for sacrifice. The rescuers even offered more money to save him, but his life was already priced for Bakra Eid.
Animals feel fear, pain and hope too. That helpless look in his eyes will stay forever. Compassion should never end where tradition begins. Even one life matters. #BakraEid #Goats
CLARITY ABOUT STREET DOGS CASE
โข Supreme Court has NOT allowed random removal, relocation, or killing of street dogs. The 131 Page order mentions ABC Rules 32 times as thatโs the only practical & scientific solution.
โข Community dogs are still protected under Indian law and cruelty against them remains illegal. Responsible feeding of street dogs is very much allowed & should be motivated as it leads to better coexistence. People need to behave humanely with Street Dogs rather than being aggressive towards them or scared of them.
โข The Court has only allowed strictly regulated action in rare cases involving:
- rabid dogs,
- incurably ill dogs
(That too in accordance with ABC Rules 2023 & PCA Act)
โข Even in such cases, action can only be taken through proper veterinary assessment and legal procedure.
โข Sterilisation + vaccination under ABC Rules remain the main legal solution directed by the Court.
โข No private person, RWA, society, or group can take the law into their own hands.
โข Poisoning, beating, illegal relocation, abandonment, or killing of street dogs can invite strict legal action and may also amount to violation of Supreme Court directions. (Contempt of Supreme Court)
โข Citizens can still approach Police, Animal Welfare Boards, or High Courts against any cruelty or illegal action against street dogs or themselves.
Please read the actual judgment and facts before spreading fear or hatred against street dogs โค๏ธ

CAMPAIGN AGAINST @BhagwantMann@AAPPunjab !
A state and an entire nation do NOT deserve a dumb drunk as Chief Minister, especially one who cannot even properly read and understand a Supreme Court verdict before making public statements.
@BhagwantMann irresponsibly spread the false narrative that the Supreme Court has allowed campaigns to โeliminateโ stray dogs, when killing stray dogs is ILLEGAL.
How can a Chief Minister be so careless, uninformed, and reckless while holding one of the highest offices in the state?
If a person cannot even comprehend a legal order properly, what business does he have governing millions of citizens?
Punjab deserves leadership with basic intelligence, responsibility, and the ability to read before spreading misinformation and encouraging hatred.
@AAPPunjab should be ashamed for normalizing such embarrassing incompetence in public office.
People are tired of drunk politics, reckless statements, and leaders who behave like clowns instead of administrators.
Punjab needs responsible leadership, not illiterate propaganda and public stupidity.

Breaking the delusion of liability and understanding intent vs reaction
Messers Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta and N Anjaria in the recent order on stray dogs said that dogs can be released back into the educational premises if the student body who cares for dogs accepts liability
A scenario to understand liability -
A group of students feeding and caring for dogs on a regular basis with vaccination drives and sterilization drives and one day a frustrated/hooligan man comes along and starts to hit at dogs, pulling them by their tails or whirling them around or throwing stones or other numerous things that are unimaginable to a human being and the dog bites back in self defence - so now who's liable the students who care for the dogs or this hooligan?
This bench had on numerous occasions softened the convictions or death sentences of dangerous criminals who had committed extreme violent acts against children including rap*e and murd*er. Mr Nath was also a part of the bench who had released the infamous Nithari cannibal, so if the cannibal goes on his spree again then by Nath's own logic he should be held liable for all the victims
Now understanding intent vs reaction
The man while committing a crime like rapi*ng and killin*g a 10 year old knows very well that he is committing a crime and on the other hand if a dog or a tiger or a leopard attacks a human - it does it simply because of reaction and it does not do it out of malice as a pedophile would
The bench shows sympathy for a man who very knowingly took the life of a 10 year old and they deemed it as "not the rarest of rare" and overturned the rightful dea*th penalty but blatantly refuses to take cognizance of the rising rap*e cases on dogs and increased aggression towards dogs. Dogs like all other animals react to the actions of humans
The bench just casually shifts from grey area to a dark area and effectively kill*s justice

131-page Supreme Court judgment.
32 mentions reinforcing the Animal Birth Control Rules.
1 line permitting euthanasia for rabid or mortally wounded dogs - and that becomes the headline.
Clickbait thrives on fear. The law doesnโt.
The architecture of todayโs order: ABC Rules upheld, one ABC centre per district mandated, every High Court on compliance watch.
This reinforces what has always been the only humane and scientific framework:
Sterilise. Vaccinate. Return.
Letโs keep our focus where it needs to be.
#streetdogs #dogsofindia #factsoverfear
THERE ARE PEOPLE SPREADING FALSE CLAIMS THAT COMMUNITY DOGS CAN BE RANDOMLY REMOVED FROM PUBLIC SPACES. THAT IS NOT TRUE!
As per the law and ABC Rules, community dogs cannot simply be picked up and removed from streets or residential areas because someone dislikes them. Sterilized and vaccinated dogs have a right to live in their own territories.
Dogs may only be relocated in specific situations permitted under the law such as from sensitive areas like hospitals, railway stations, or educational institutions and even then, only through proper legal procedures. NOT because a few dog haters demand it.
RWAs and residents cannot unlawfully threaten, harass, or stop feeders from feeding community dogs. Feeding is legally allowed. Compassion is not a crime.
If any dog feeders, rescuers, or animal lovers witness harassment, violence, intimidation, illegal relocation attempts, or cruelty towards community dogs, they should document the incident and FILE COMPLAINTS immediately.
People spreading hate and taking the law into their own hands are NOT immune from FIRs and legal action.
The solution is proper implementation of ABC Rules, sterilization, vaccination, and humane coexistence โ not cruelty, misinformation, or mob hatred.
SPREAD FACTS. NOT FEAR.
PROTECT COMMUNITY DOGS. SUPPORT LEGAL FEEDING.
