Another update landed on "runs-on-a-3060" repo:

MiniMax H3, generates video and audio together in a single pass.

On the 3060 it does 664*480, 10 seconds, 24fps with 32khz stereo in about 6 minutes a clip.

Comfy UI workflows are in a separate repo, pre tuned workflows for 12GB is added, drag it to your comfy ui and you're good to go.

Below videos are all generated on my 3060.
