Had a lovely time @Fortnums today and really enjoyed catching up with everyone involved in National Chef of the Year. Looking forward to another exciting year #NCOTY#YNCOTY
It’s so inspiring hearing from our winners and the difference that being part of the #NCOTY and #YNCOTY events has had on them both personally and professionally.
Went to a wonderful event last night with Andy Aston and the @Craft_Guild all about mood, food and wellness. Highly recommend going along to the next one :-)
The Graduate Awards wouldn’t be what they are today without these two chefs who strive to make sure #CGCGradAwards remain current and engaging for young chefs.
As we celebrated 50 years of #NCOTY on Monday night it was amazing to welcome back many former winners to the event. One of those was @GordonRamsay who won the competition in 1992. He spoke to us after the awards and revealed what winning this title meant to him.

- one poem
